Whether you are finding the Fast rewarding, refreshing, or frustrating, The Supreme Remedy will provide additional insights into the experience. Bahá’u’lláh, the prophet founder of the Bahá’í Faith, called the Fast “the supreme remedy” to self and passion. Deborah Walters, a Bahá’í and a natural healer, explores how to follow the Fast and what Bahá’í writings say about how you can benefit from it. Her knowledge of natural healing allows her to recognize and identify ways to make the Fast easier on the body and mind. There is relatively little written on the Bahá’í Fast, so this is one of the few sources on the topic. Understanding why and how to fast will make it much easier to participate.
